We are a diversified company pertaining to all phases of construction from small to large scale. Prior to starting my business, which I established in 1998, I worked for the area's leading builders. T.M. Krautheim Co., Inc, was founded but not limited to the successful development of multi-family homes, high-end single family custom homes, land and site development, custom and historical renovations and commercial and assisted (ADA) living.

Whatever your aspiration, whether Residential or Commercial, you can sit back and watch your building prosper and flourish from start to finish. Each job is assigned a project coordinator and is supervised on a daily basis. I believe in a hands on approach and frequent the sites regularly myself. We keep current on continued education from energy efficiency to structural safety. Not to mention, we've been environmentally friendly before "green" became trendy.

You will have the opportunity to work along with our design staff or you may bring your own. From interior, gym, home theatre, pool, hardscape to landscape architecture, custom millwork and moulding, we can add luster and richness to whatever you have in mind. We'll build off of plans already drawn or design them for you. Our specialty is to critique them and educate the client in utilizing every inch of space.
